Our returns policy is simple.
Damaged and Faulty items will be replaced or refunded within 28 days of purchase – However, please report the damaged or faulty item within 3 days of the date you recieved it. While our priority is that our customers are happy, and served in a timely and efficient manner, the reporting of such issues plays a key part in us being able to rectify it.
You can contact us about a faulty item on our facebook page or through email. Pictures can also help us quickly resolve the problem. We will refund the total cost including the delivery for these items.
If you simply change your mind on an item you have purchased, you can follow the same contact process and expect the same efficient service, however, for these items we will not be able to refund the delivery cost. Again, you must notify us of your change of mind within 28 days from the day you purchased.
