Delivery

We aim to always deliver the suggested lead time of 3-4 weeks. However, this could be impacted by postal strikes or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow an additional few days before chasing your order.

You will receive a text message with tracking details when your parcel is ready to be sent.

Here are our standard delivery prices:

Footstools and benches have a postage and packaging cost of £9.50 for the majority of the UK. Scotland postcodes will see a postage and packaging cost of £15.00

 A quick note about our delivery fee…

We know delivery fees aren’t anyone’s favourite thing – so we just wanted to be transparent.

Unlike the big national companies (Wayfair, DFS etc), they will have discounted contracts with delivery companies . We’re a small independent business, and we’re charged from £11+ per delivery by our delivery company.

So our delivery fee from £9.50 (depending where you are in the UK) simply helps cover the cost of getting your order to you safely. We don’t make a profit from it.

Standard delivery is processed and fulfilled by Parcelforce, although they do not offer specific time slots, they do genuinely leave cards for re-delivery if not in.

Please understand that although we would love to ensure all parcels arrive on time and in good condition, once we have passed the parcel to the courier we have to trust they will deliver to our agreement. If on occasions this does not happen, we will support you to track the shipment and will be as keen to resolve any issues as much as you are. Your patience in such scenarios is appreciated.
