We aim to deliver your items within 7 working days from the purchase date. If we have a particular item in storage, you may receive it much quicker.
We use standard couriers such as Parcel Force and TNT, which help us to keep delivery costs down and lead times reasonable. We do not make any profit ob the delivery cost. We also have to adhere to rules and processes of these companies, and while we will always refund and rectify any issues with any products purchased, please bear in mind that once your items have been passed to the delivery company, we have to trust that they will take good care of them and deliver on the required day that they have specified.
We would never knowingly pass a damaged or faulty item to the delivery companies. We also appreciate how frustrating it can be should items go missing during delivery, or get damaged in transit - This is why we try to rectify issues as soon as possible when the delivery has been made. If you are chasing a delivery, it is more beneficial for you to cantact the delivery company with the tracking number (we can provide this), as they will pinpoint your items much quicker and also negotiate delivery slots with you.
Delivery of furniture items is the biggest challenge for an online business, and has provided us personally with some huge challenges since we began trading in 2015.
